Runs saved during an update resume correctly. A run saved at the moment of a server update
or restart could not be resumed if a burst spell's ground effect was still showing, or if a
Warsong Gulch flag lay dropped on the ground. Both are saved correctly now, and runs saved that
way by the previous version resume too.
A dropped Warsong flag is marked again. The guide arrow now points to a dropped flag for its
whole 20 seconds instead of disappearing.
